Saeakari Kabusecha さえあかりかぶせ茶

Saeakari Kabusecha is a shaded Japanese green tea and a relatively uncommon Japanese tea cultivar, grown in much smaller quantities. Prized for its silky umami and gentle sweetness, Saeakari teas are a rare find beyond Japan.
 
It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of boiled corn or boiled edamame beans.
